Free delivery is only to mainland UK on selected items.

Returns and Refunds

At Peddlers, we inspect all goods thoroughly before we send them out to make sure they’re in perfect condition. We also carefully package and protect everything so that it doesn’t get damaged on its way. However, should you need to return an item, here is what you can do:

How do I return an unwanted item?

Customers ordering from this site have the right to cancel within seven days of purchasing the goods, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If the customer does cancel their order, they will have their payment refunded and will be contacted by telephone or email to arrange the shipping of the goods back to the shop.

Most goods on the site have free delivery. However, customers will need to pay for the goods to be shipped back to us if they are part of a refund or exchange. Customers should include a print out of the email receipt and let us know the reason for the return and who it’s from, and remember to obtain proof of dispatch as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Peddlers will issue the refund less any extra shipping (if organised by us) and any refund charges imposed by your credit card company. Customers will be responsible for the returned product(s) until they reach us. All good(s) must be returned complete and unused and in the same new condition as received, together with the original box and packaging in an undamaged and resaleable condition. No refund can be issued until the good(s) have been received and inspected by us.

If we sent you something you hadn’t ordered, return it within seven working days unused and in its original packaging and you will not be charged.

How can I cancel an order?

Cancellations can only be accepted by e-mailing [email protected] (please include your order reference). If the order has been shipped, then a return will need to be arranged. Please include a daytime telephone number with your e-mail. Your payment will be refunded once the goods arrive back at Peddlers.
