Please note the Fathom 29 1 is available with either a Giant Crest Fork (£1549) or RockShox 35 fork (£1649) - please check before adding to your basket.Built on an ALUXX SL aluminium frame, the Fathom 29 features updated geometry that produces a stable ride quality for challenging XC trails. The frame is optimised for a 130mm suspension fork for smooth control on the descents. An updated Giant WheelSystem comes with tubeless tyres already set up, making it easy to experience added efficiency and control, plus a reduced risk of flats on technical terrain.

Frame geometry is designed to optimise the balance and roll-over capabilities of 29-inch wheels.
More relaxed frame geometry (compared to XC) and control-focused components deliver added control for trail riding conditions.
This High-Performance level, state-of-the-art aluminium material is made predominantly from 6011 alloy and delivers best-in-class strength-to-weight ratios. These framesets also feature unique welding technologies for high-performance ride quality.
Giants original oversized fork steerer tube technology. Designed to provide precise front-end steering performance, the systems oversized headset bearings (1 1/4 lower and 1 1/8 upper for road, 1 1/2 lower and 1 1/8 upper for mountain) and tapered steerer tube work in conjunction to provide optimal steering stiffness.
