Additionally, they provided valuable advice on a different type of bike, as I had unknowingly purchased the wrong kind of e-bike from an online platform. "Energising bike shop. A family business dedicated to cyclist who need professional advice, from road cycling to electric comuting or MTB leisure pleasure. I ride gravel tracks, 2 meters tall so I required a hand build. They imported a XXL Salsa from the States and built it up with Hope kit and down hill Mavik wheels and Marathon tyres, The 30 gears get me up hill and down dale across the North Yorkshire Moors. I have also bought a Tern cargo bike from Peddlers which I use to take the young Grandchildren out at weekends. Wonderful F1 type servicing and engerneering department which is the backbone of any cyclists bike shop partnership."

"Been using this shop since it opened. great lads/lasses all very friendly and knowledgeable. they will do anything from tyre change to a full strip down and service . just had lots of new parts fitted and service brought my racing bike [ giant tcr advanced pro] back upto date feels like a new bike again . big shout out to owner and mechanic . cheers a very happy customer. just popped back in to peddlers [19/08/24 ] having problem with front deraileur ALAN took bike off me disappeared out the back worked his magic ... problem FIXED. . once again great friendly service and they seemed genuinely happy to go out there way to help you. cheers"

"I took my Ribble e-bike into Peddlers as it wasn’t giving assistance and the app was advising a firmware update was required. I hadn’t bought the bike from the store but Peddlers gladly took the job on and despite it not being straightforward, they sorted it for me. Fantastic customer service and I can’t recommend Peddlers highly enough."
